How to Manage Your Subscription
Managing your subscription is simple and puts you in full control of your grocery experience. Follow these easy steps to tailor and adjust your regular orders with confidence.
Step 1: Access Your Customer Portal

Log In:
Click on your profile link at the top right-hand corner of our website. This will take you directly to your personalized customer portal. -
Explore the Portal Navigation:
At the top of your portal, you’ll see three key links:

Shop:
Use this to visit our homepage for a standard grocery shopping experience—including one-off orders. -
Orders:
View all your past orders here. You can easily click “Buy Again” to reorder a favorite selection or request a return (just remember to submit any return requests within 24 hours of delivery). -
Manage Your Subscription:
This is your hub for all subscription-related settings where you can adjust your recurring orders, pause, or even cancel your subscription.

Step 2: Customize Your Subscription
Click on the Manage Your Subscription link to access your full subscription plan. Your personalized plan is divided into three main sections:
1. Details
- Current Products:
- Adjust Quantities: Modify how much of each product you receive.
- Swap Items: Replace an item with a different product of your choice.
- Skip Delivery: Opt to skip a product for your next delivery, or remove it entirely.
- Add New Products:
- Click the “Add Products” button.
- Decide Delivery Type: Choose whether you want the new product to be a permanent addition to your subscription or simply a one-time delivery.
- Search or Browse: Find products using the search bar or by scrolling through our full product list.

On the right side of your subscription details, you can also:

- Reschedule Your Order
- Adjust Delivery Frequency
- Switch Between Delivery and Pick-Up
- Update Payment Details
- Apply Discount Codes
- Add Order Notes (this helps our delivery team with any specific instructions)
- Pause or Cancel Your Subscription
2. Upcoming Orders
View Upcoming Deliveries:
See a complete list of what you’re scheduled to receive and when.
- Modify Specific Deliveries:
- Skip Orders: Planning a holiday? Skip a delivery with ease.
- Reschedule Delivery Dates: Choose a more convenient date if your plans change.
- Add Order Notes: Provide delivery-specific instructions if needed.
3. Past Orders

Review Your Order History:
Access details like order numbers, order dates, billing dates, and fulfillment status. -
Manage Skipped Orders:
If you have orders that were skipped but are still upcoming, you have the option to “unskip” them to get them delivered as originally planned.
