We promise to match any competitors price for the same product

If you find a lower price on an identical item, we'll match it!

Our promise to you is that you is that we won't be beaten on price.  If you find an identical make and model item at a competing retailer's for a lower advertised price we'll match the price.

The following conditions will apply to a price match request

  1. You will need to provide proof of a competing retailer's advertised price for an identical item at the time of purchase and once we validate that the price is genuine, the item is new in the box and ready for immediate collection/delivery (in stock), we will gladly match.
  2. Please note: the competing retailer must be a New Zealand retailer or a New Zealand website will be considered where the product is the same.
  3. Our Price Match Promise excludes limited quantities, localised events with special event pricing (such as tradeshows or local store offers), trade quotes, stock liquidations and commercial quantities and parallel imported products.
  4. The purchase must take place within the promotional period advertised by the competing retailer and must still be available at that price.
  5. Product must be the same make, style, model and colour, including being new-boxed product.
  6. Price Match Promise does not apply to any products offered on finance by The Urban Market.
  7. The Price Match Promise cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer such as a bonus product or promotional finance option.
  8. Price match promise applies where the competing retail final price inclusive of delivery, taxes, fees and charges is lower than The Urban Market price.
  9. The Urban Market reserves the right to verify the evidence of the identical product sold at the lower price.
  10. The Price Match Promise may be terminated or amended at any time without notice and is subject to the The Urban Market's usual terms and conditions of trade.
  11. The Urban Market will provide the difference in price either via cash, refund to the original card or gift voucher.
  12. Price Match Promise excludes purchases by a person not residing in New Zealand
  13. Price Match Promise excludes purchases by employees of The Urban Market
  14. Price Match Promise does not apply where the difference in price is due to shipping or handling costs or sales tax variances.
  15. Price Match Promise excludes items purchased for resale, professional or commercial use.
  16. Price Match Promise does not apply where a product is subject to a manufacturers redeemable coupon or refund of any kind
  17. Price Match Promise applies to advertised prices only and not does apply to a price list or price quote.
  18. Price Match Promise does not apply where there is an advertising error, whether this be by The Urban Market or by the competitors error.
